Tape-in extensions use thin adhesive strips applied close to the root for a semi-permanent solution that lasts 6-8 weeks before needing repositioning. Clip-in extensions are temporary—you clip them in and remove them daily, perfect for occasional volume or length. Weft extensions are sewn or bonded into braided tracks for a longer-term solution. Tape-ins offer the most seamless blend, clip-ins give you flexibility, and wefts provide durability for those who want a permanent option.
With proper care, our extensions can last 6-12 months depending on the type and how often you wear them. Clip-ins typically last longest since they're not exposed to daily wear. Tape-ins last 6-8 weeks per application but can be reused multiple times with new tape. Wefts can last up to a year with regular maintenance appointments. Quality care products, gentle handling, and avoiding excessive heat will extend the life of your extensions significantly.
Yes. Our extensions are made from 100% human hair, so you can use straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant spray and keeping tools below 180°C to maintain the hair's quality and longevity. Avoid applying heat directly to tape bonds or attachment points.
We don't recommend bleaching the extensions as it can compromise the hair quality and longevity. However, you can darken them or add lowlights with professional colouring. If you need a lighter shade, we suggest choosing the correct colour from our range upfront. Always consult with a professional colourist experienced with extensions to avoid damage.
We offer a wide range of shades to match most hair colours. If you're unsure, contact us with a photo of your hair in natural light and we'll help you find your perfect match.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the extensions are unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened hair products. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Colour match concerns should be raised before opening the packaging—send us photos and we'll assist with finding the right shade.
