Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on unopened products within our specified timeframes. All hair extensions must remain sealed in their original packaging with security seals intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What's your return window?
For refunds, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We must receive the returned product within 30 days of your original delivery date.
For exchanges, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us.
How do I check if my colour is right before opening?
Hold the sealed extensions against your hair in natural light to check the match before breaking the seal. Need help choosing? Email us a photo of your hair taken from behind in natural daylight and we'll recommend the best shade for you - completely free of charge.
Can I exchange for a different colour?
Absolutely. If the colour isn't quite right, we're happy to exchange for a different shade as long as the packaging remains unopened and the security seal is unbroken. Screen displays can vary, so we understand colour matching can be tricky.
Why can't I return opened extensions?
Hair extensions are hygiene products. For your safety and the safety of future customers, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the security seal has been broken.
How do I process a return or exchange?
